RETURN TO SENDER
Any parcel that is marked as 'Return to Sender' outside of USA/Canada WILL NOT be re-shipped. The shipping company disposes of these parcels. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their parcel.


TRACKING
Your tracking number becomes active once the parcel is picked up by the shipping company.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
Europe + West-Coast US shipments will arrive between 4-21 days. International shipments travelling overseas can take up to 30 days.


DAMAGES + ERRORS

If something arrives damaged or we have sent the incorrect product, please use the contact form below. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, replacement, or exchange.


STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ensure that your parcel is being delivered to a safe, reliable location.
We are not liable for any stolen shipments once marked as Delivered.


EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and are not free: there is a re-shipping and handling fee. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, replacement, or exchange. We do not refund the shipping cost.

☆ DUTY + TAX
International buyers: Buyers are responsible for the payment of all duty, tax, and other delivery service fees related to their order. We have no control over the fees charged by courier companies, but we welcome any feedback.
USA + CA: Taxes are collected at checkout. No courier company should request any additional payment.
